- Pickering Creek Audubon Center: A 400-acre working farm on the Eastern Shore of Maryland situated next to the tidal Pickering Creek in Talbot County, Maryland, that has been providing excellent environmental and science education programs to students from eight Maryland counties and the District of Columbia for more than 25 years. Over 16,000 school children visit each year and are given the opportunity to make a physical and emotional connection to the Chesapeake Bay.

- Wild Birds Unlimited: First and largest franchise system of retail stores catering to the backyard bird feeding hobbyist. WBU also maintains a conservation fund, Pathways To Nature, wherein all Wild Birds Unlimited stores donate a portion of proceeds to the fund to support education, conservation and wildlife viewing projects at wildlife refuges, parks, sanctuaries and nature conservancies throughout North America.
